Every domain, that you want to use for sending emails must be vertified through DKIM and SPF records. It will prove, that the domain is really your and it will also help with the deliverability of all sent emails.
You have to add DKIM and SPF record in the administration of your hosting (domain provider).
In your Ecomail account click on your account settings and then on Domains. Here you need to add a domain, that you want to vertify. After that you need to go to the administration of your hosting and create those two TXT records:
1. DKIM record
Create a new TXT record with name:
And with value:

2. SPF record
SPF record is a TXT record which starts with "v=spf1...." First please check, if your domain already has such a record.
a) my domain does not have any SPF record
create a new TXT record with following features:
v=spf1 a mx include:sparkpostmail.com ?all
b) my domain already has one SPF record
Every domain can only have one SPF record. If your domain already has one, just add following text to the existing record:
so the record looks somehow like this:
v=spf1 a mx include:smtp1.uservoice.com include:sparkpostmail.com ?all
Wait for the changes to apply
It can take up to 24 hours before the changes apply but most of the time it should only take up to one hour. You can then check, if your DNS records are set correctly by clicking on "check domain settings" button in your Ecomail account -Domains.
